1. Starting the Bike

  • Power on by pressing and holding the start/close button.
  • Adjust assistance levels using the plus and minus buttons (1-5).
  • Recommended: Use levels 1-2 for battery longevity.
  • Seat height is easily adjustable for individual comfort.

  • Night riding: Ensure lights are on.
  • Helmet: Strongly advised for safety.

  • We cover all regular maintenance where you are clearly not at fault.

*for necessities outside the working hours, text us and if possible, a mechanic will come and fix it but we don’t guarantee that.

Always use the provided anti-theft chain to lock the bike, even for short stops. Remember that you are responsible for the bike theft in the event that it happens.

  • For limited space, the front tire can be easily removed. Be mindful of small parts.
  • Store the bike in a secure, accessible location, preferably indoors.

  • Charging: Indicator turns green when fully charged, red when charging.
  • Battery replacement: Use the key to unlock and secure the battery. Ensure a 'click' sound and check for secure fit by wiggling it up and down.
